Bybit Spot reports transformative 2025 driven by early listings

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has unveiled the 2025 highlights of Bybit Spot, outlining a transformative year for the business line.

The update underscores a strategy centred on early market positioning, with Bybit Spot consistently offering access to high-potential assets ahead of broader market attention, giving traders early entry opportunities before wider price discovery.

The strategy behind the performance

Bybit Spot delivered early access to several of 2025’s most notable asset launches, helping users capture first-mover opportunities.

The platform was among the earliest to list TRUMP, a memecoin that reached an all-time high gain of 548%.

In the RWA segment, Bybit enabled centralized exchange trading for XAUT, a gold-backed token that rose 127% at its peak, and xStocks, which brought on-chain exposure to traditional equities, with GOOGLX climbing 107%.

Early discovery also extended to DeFi tokens. TUNA, a community-driven project, surged 2,637% on its first day, while MET, a liquidity-focused DeFi token, recorded 255% gains on launch day.

Speed to market, combined with sizable incentives, shaped Bybit Spot’s approach in 2025.

The platform distributed up to $20 million in rewards for selected listings, including NXPC, an early-stage GameFi project, and NIGHT, a privacy-focused infrastructure token.

By pairing early listings with strong reward programs, Bybit Spot converted market momentum into trading opportunities, helping it secure the top CEX market share for NIGHT trading.

A range of listings

Bybit Spot’s 2025 listings covered a wide range of high-interest sectors, including celebrity-driven memecoins, AI-focused utilities, real-world assets, GameFi, on-chain equities, next-generation Layer 1 blockchains, and privacy-focused infrastructure.

This diversified strategy ensured users had exposure to multiple market themes as new opportunities emerged.

Throughout the year, Bybit Spot emphasised a high-reward trading experience by regularly featuring spotlight projects and offering early access to new assets.

As the platform looks ahead to 2026, it aims to build on this momentum and continue expanding opportunities for traders as market narratives evolve.
