As the government attempts to force the public to comply with medical tyranny and lockdowns, big tech is doubling down on censorship, configuring algorithms to bury information surrounding the coronavirus and vaccines.
In 2020, tech giants brazenly censored a sitting President of the United States with no repercussions, making it abundantly clear they are tied to the hip of the Democrat Party.
An end to Big Tech’s control over digital information flow is nowhere in sight amid politicians’ empty threats of antitrust legislation.
But a video, live-streaming and social media platform that champions free speech and cannot be taken down by big tech launches today and may be a game-changer.
The new platform, Sovren, is not only “a place of refuge for free thinkers,” but it is the first social media platform built on invincible blockchain technology, explains Sovren founder Ben Swann.
Watch:
Swann, an investigative journalist and founder of Truth in Media began building Sovren in 2017 because he “saw the censorship before it got here.” But he never imagined the tech collusion to censor “misinformation” would be so brazen.
“The Marxist progressive movement in this country has seized all the levers of power. The totalitarians have seized it in government, education, academia, in the workplace, in corporate America,” Swann told the Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview. “It’s a blitz. They are going to blitz you with so many ideas, concepts, hit you from so many different areas that you will suddenly be stunned by what’s happening, and by the time you realize, ‘I’ve got to take action,’ it’s over – they’ve seized all the levers in our society.
“There are at least 80 million people in this country over the age of 18 who are standing around like ‘what’s happening? We are hoping that if we just stay still and take a breath it will stop. It won’t stop. What they are taking today, they are going to take much more tomorrow. A lot of people don’t know what to do. The first step in that, I believe, is to start breaking these systems of control.”

Unlike tech companies that have promoted free speech in the past before getting abruptly shut down by big tech collusion, Sovren utilizes “a totally different ecosphere”: blockchain technology. Any platform endeavoring to compete with Google, Facebook, Apple and Twitter or attempting to attain mainstream prominence cannot sustain if it is reliant on those monopolistic corporations, Swann warns.
“Parler said, ‘We are going to build our tech company utilizing the technology controlled by Amazon, controlled by GoDaddy, controlled by Google, controlled by Apple. We are going to build an app and we are going to put it on Apple’s app store and Google’s apps store. We are going to use their real estate to build our home.’ Then, all of a sudden, the landlord comes in and says, ‘Actually you can’t. We are taking it away from you,’” he said. “So many of these sites that exist, that are coming along as competitors, are making the mistake of building on server systems that can be censored.
“We said forget that – forget about the idea of trying to work with and work alongside Big Tech. The blockchain allows us to create a system that cannot be taken down. It’ cannot be censored. Our servers will be decentralized globally, so there is no centralized location for a server. Our DNS is unstoppable, using unstoppable domains rather than using the traditional domain system. We are building outside the current system. That’s what makes us so vastly different than anybody that’s out there right now.”
Recently, YouTube deleted Swann’s channel for posting vaccine and mask “misinformation.”
“My entire channel – ten years worth of work, hundreds of millions of views on content and I get deleted from YouTube,” he said. “I was deleted from YouTube because I cited CDC numbers about mask and vaccine efficacy. For citing their own numbers I was deleted because that was considered to be a violation of community standards. Then you ask the question, what community standard did I violate? And YouTube doesn’t tell you. They have no response system set up.”
Unlike Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, Sovren does not have arbitrary terms of service and will not act as a mouthpiece of the state, Swann explained.
“We also built into our system not just terms of use, but a constitution. Our constitution is essentially a bill of rights for the user and the content creator that says, ‘You have rights on this system.’ You have the right to say things that are unpopular and you have the right to say things that people disagree with. Here’s the other thing, some people won’t like this, but you have the right to be dishonest. You have the right to say things that are untrue. This concept that we have now moved to, that freedom of speech does not apply to people who are dishonest is completely false. By the way, the people that are pushing that on us are the most dishonest in our society — they are the ones that lie the most.
“You as an individual are sovereign. You have sovereign authority over your life, over your own body, over your own mind, over your own belief system. Our Bill of Rights is completely designed for individual autonomy. It is written in a way that actually gives no collective rights; it only gives individual rights. The Bill of Rights sets up your own autonomy from that organization and even the desires of the majority. That is the core of what we are about.”
Instead of deleting your accounts on Facebook and Twitter, Swann recommends users utilize those platforms to direct traffic to the free-speech-promoting alternative.
“The site is www.Sovren.Media. Go there, sign up and get a username. You’ll be able to create your own content, your own channel and follow content creators. We have a whole list of them that are joining us,” he said. “Utilize your social media as it exists right now, not to post important things because important things aren’t going to be found there – they are going to cut you off. Instead use it to say, if you want to hear important things, follow me over here – come over to Sovren.”
