On Friday night, President Trump endorsed Michigan Republican Gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon.
100 Percent Fed Up reports – Trump’s endorsement sent shockwaves through the state’s America First grassroots activists and stunned the other four gubernatorial candidates who were overlooked.
Michigan voters are still wondering what Trump got in return for agreeing to endorse Dixon only five days before the election.
Kevin Rinke, a successful business owner, and multi-millionaire who’s been funding his own campaign, is one of the leading candidates in the race. On July 18, Rinke released an advertisement targeted at President Trump in an attempt to dissuade him from the endorsement.
Politicians aren’t always trustworthy – they’ll tell you what you want to hear to win your vote.
As a conservative businessman and political outsider, I’ll always tell you the truth because that’s what you deserve. #WontBackDown pic.twitter.com/zUOH39PWcq

In a desperate, last-ditch attempt to show President Trump that the conservative grassroots in Michigan oppose Tudor Dixon’s candidacy, thousands of activists signed a petition directly addressing the President.
“MAGA supporters in Michigan are strongly opposed to Tudor Dixon winning the gubernatorial nomination. Betsy DeVos does not have our best interests in mind, and we are working hard to stop her.” The petition said.
Nine of Michigan’s most conservative candidates, including Rep. Matt Maddock and America First patriot John Gibbs, signed a statement directed at Trump urging him not to endorse Dixon.
Still, President Trump endorsed the Betsy DeVos-backed candidate, Tudor Dixon, while leaving candidates with a track record of solid support for President Trump and his America First agenda to question their loyalties to the former president. Trump cut a deal with a former member of his cabinet who blamed him for the violence on January 6 and admitted to working behind the scenes to convince Congress to invoke the 25th Amendment as a way to remove him from office in his final days.
Many blame the DeVos family for the large number of spineless Republican lawmakers in Michigan, many of whom rely on the DeVos family to fund their campaigns and are beholden to the whims of the billionaire family.
Dr. Garrett Soldano, one of the most popular Republican candidates for governor, is a proven fighter and charismatic speaker who many believe can win the primary without Trump’s help.
Soldano was instrumental in rallying the masses in Michigan to fight back against Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s tyrannical lockdowns. Until recently, when a new poll that many believe is fake news, Soldano has consistently polled higher than Dixon.
Soldano, a chiropractor, husband, and father of two young boys, has a fascinating background: As a young child, Garrett grew up in a trailer park and witnessed his parents pull their family out of poverty and reclaim the American Dream. His dad joined the Michigan National Guard and instilled a fierce love for country and a sense of duty in Garrett that he has carried with him his entire life.
His family eventually moved to Lenawee County, where Garrett graduated from Onsted High School before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University. He played football for the WMU Broncos for 5 years, and signed a free agent contract with the Chicago Bears but was cut before the season began. After his dream to become an NFL football player had faded, he returned to Onsted, where he got a job in construction, digging ditches.
Of all the gubernatorial candidates, another frontrunner, Ryan Kelley, has the most reason to be disappointed with Trump’s pick of talk-show host Tudor Dixon. When Kelley, a conservative, successful business owner, husband, and father of six small children, traveled from Michigan to Washington DC to join over one million Americans protesting the results of the 2020 election, he did so at great personal and financial expense. Last month, the FBI raided his home and arrested him in front of his wife, six children, and neighbors. He was charged with 4 MISDEMEANORS related to standing in front of the Capitol on January 6.
Although political “experts” warn Kelley can’t win in the general election because of the four trumped-up misdemeanor charges against him related to his presence in front of the Capitol on Jan. 6, the support behind Kelley since his arrest has only increased, with many polls showing him in the lead.
Since when did standing up for free and fair elections become a crime? And when did it become acceptable to Americans for a man to be persecuted for exercising his First Amendment Right to protest election cheaters? And finally, did Trump ever ask himself (or Tudor) where she was on the week of January 6th? Was she leaving her family to travel to Washington DC to show her support for Trump? Was she demanding that lawmakers allow states to investigate impossible outcomes and ridiculous irregularities like 16,000+ ballots being delivered in a back hallway of the TCF Center in Detroit at 3:30 am on the day after the election?
Perhaps instead of supporting another Betsy DeVos puppet, President Trump could have endorsed Ryan Kelley and capitalized on the conservative candidate’s popularity with Trump supporters across America. By endorsing Kelley, Trump could’ve made a show of support for all of the non-violent political prisoners who are being unfairly held and abused in our prisons for the crime of supporting him.
It’s not a stretch to say Ryan Kelley has a very strong appeal with Trump’s base in Michigan and has a real chance of winning the primary, despite Trump’s endorsement for Tudor Dixon, whose support lies primarily with the same DeVos-funded cabal in Michigan who’ve been bankrolling opponents of pro-Trump candidates for months.
The conflict between pro-Trump candidates and Trump backstabbers trying to prevent them from winning is occurring at the state and national level.
Michigan’s newly re-drawn 8th District is arguably one of America’s most important congressional races. For over 62 years, Democrats have controlled Michigan’s formerly prosperous manufacturing area. Democrat Dan Kildee is currently the US Representative in the 8th District. His family has occupied his seat in Congress for 45 years. When they first came into office, Flint was one of the top ten most affluent cities in the US. Flint is now ranked as one of the top ten most violent cities in the United States.
Flint, Michigan
With its serious water crisis, Flint, MI, has made headlines. Nearly half of this city lives below the poverty rate, and its unemployment rate is about double the national average. As if that wasn’t tough enough, Flint suffers from an escalating crime rate.
-
- Unemployment rate: 4.9% (National median 3.9%)
- Median household income: $47,006 (National median $48,435)
- Work hours needed to pay for affordable housing: 36 (National median 41.0)
The popular Republican candidate for Michigan’s 8th District, Matthew Seely, is a successful manufacturing business owner and has an actual plan to safely use Michigan’s freshwater resources to bring manufacturing back to this forgotten district. His outstanding plan to revitalize the economy in a mostly forgotten area of Michigan should have been enough to garner President Trump’s support.
Matthew Seely, who is also endorsed by Mike Lindell, Freedomworks, and Numbers USA and has an “A” rating with the NRA, has worked tirelessly as a pro-Trump activist for almost 7 years. Recently, it was discovered from inside sources that the office of the backstabbing House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is behind preventing Trump from endorsing Seely as a favor to a primary challenger, Paul Junge. Junge is a grifter candidate whose family’s “All-Star Maintenance” business based in McCarthy’s home state of California relies on US government contracts. They are generous donors to Republicans, including the now deceased US Rep. Duke Cunningham (CA), who served eight years in prison for accepting at least $2.4 million in bribes from defense contractors.
Conservative firebrand Heather Cerone, who is endorsed by Mike Lindell, is running in Michigan’s 103rd House District, where she is hoping to unseat the Devos-backed incumbent Rep. Jack O’Malley who mocked his constituents for demanding a forensic audit of the 2020 election. O’Malley has received thousands of dollars in Devos money while Cerone is running a scrappy, grassroots campaign backed by America First patriots like Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit and Michigan Trump Republicans.
John Gibbs, a Trump and Dr. Carson endorsed candidate for US House, is running against never-Trump freshman Rep. Peter Meijer who voted to impeach President Trump. In addition to receiving support from DeVos, Meijer is also being supported by Democrats who are encouraging Democrat voters to vote in the primary election for Meijer to prevent the Stanford and Harvard-educated conservative, black Republican from ousting the anti-Trump lawmaker.
Gibbs was one of eight Trump-endorsed candidates who signed on to the letter asking him not to work with Betsy DeVos or the DeVos family.
Jon Rocha, the Republican candidate for MI Rep. in Michigan’s 78th District, who President Trump and Ted Nugent endorsed, was kicked off the ballot over a technicality.
The popular pro-Trump conservative, and former US Marine, Jon Rocha, has an excellent chance of winning the primary election on August 3 as a write-in candidate.
In Michigan’s 67th District for State House, America First candidate Chad Moore is facing Devos-backed incumbent Phil Green. Green was endorsed by Great Lakes Education and Michigan Freedom Fund, both organizations funded or heavily supported by the Devos family. Moore has been endorsed by conservative grassroots groups such as the Michigan Conservative Coalition and Michigan Trump Republicans. Chad Moore decided to run for MI State Rep. after working as a poll challenger in Detroit on November 3, 2020, and witnessing firsthand how broken our elections are.
Chad Moore explains:
“On November 3, 2020, I went to sleep thinking President Trump won re-election in a landslide. The next day when I saw what happened, I rushed to Detroit to be a Republican ballot monitor. That day, I personally witnessed voter fraud and watched the radical left steal the vote from President Trump. And that was the day I decided to run for office. We have to stand and save America NOW before it’s too late.”
In Michigan’s 11th Congressional District, two Republicans are battling it out for the opportunity to face Hailey Stevens or Andy Levin in the general election. Mark Ambrose, a conservative business executives and combat veteran, who is also a husband and father of 3 children with his wife of 18 years, is battling it out with Matthew DenOtter, who is on his 4th wife and is currently being sued in Oakland County Circuit Court for allegedly defrauding a woman he sold a home to through his real estate company.
Mark Ambrose’s views on our border and on election integrity are in alignment with Trump, yet he has not received his endorsement in this important race. Ambrose has openly supported a forensic audit of the 2020 election and is in favor of taking additional strong measures to restore confidence in our election system. He’s also spoken at length about supporting real reform with regard to the Secure MI Vote petition drive, which would force the state to require voter ID, signature match, and the dissolution of unattended ballot drop boxes.
The endorsement of Devos-backed Tudor Dixon highlights an internal struggle in the Michigan Republican Party and across the country between those who genuinely believe in Trump’s America First vision and people who want to co-opt the movement for their own purposes.
On August 3, (hopefully) we’ll know the results. Please pray for the state of Michigan.
