Former law clerk for Justice Gorsuch Mike Davis joined The War Room on Saturday morning following the Supreme Court’s abortion ruling.
Mike Davis is the founder and president of the Article III Project, a national group that defends constitutionalist judges and the rule of law.
On Friday morning the Supreme Court sided with the state of Mississippi and overturned Roe v. Wade.
Alito asserted that Roe was “egregiously wrong” and “on a collision course with the Constitution from the day it was decided.”
“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote. “Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division.”
The opinion was written by Justice Samuel Alito.
Pro-life Americans cheered the news.
Democrats were seen weeping and gnashing their teeth.
On Saturday morning Mike Davis argued the Democrats do not care if Supreme Court Justices are murdered.
And Mike Davis offered a convincing argument. Democrat leaders and the media DID NOTHING the past two months as several conservative judges have been doxxed, threatened at their homes and targeted for assassination.
Attorney General Merrick Garland and Joe Biden have DONE NOTHING to protect these conservative justices or squelch the leftist mobs.

Steve Bannon: Think of the criminality here. That actually leaked, for the first time in the history of the court they leaked an opinion. And they leaked that opinion, Mike Davis for one reason, that was judicial intimidation. They wanted that to be changed. They wanted Roberts’ vote to flip. Is there any doubt in your mind about that?
Mike Davis: There’s no question. And, frankly I think they wanted Supreme Court, they don’t care if Supreme Court Justices got killed in the process. Maybe they wanted it.
Steve Bannon: That’s a pretty big statement. You’re saying that given the facts as you looked at them, how it was instigated, how it was leaked, how the lack of protection at the homes, Merrick Garland… You believe… This is how you know it was so radioactive. The New York Times and Washington Post will not cover that at all because they understand how brutal that is in their case. But, Mike Davis, you think they were actually open to have the assassination of Supreme Court Justices?
Mike Davis: So, YES, and let me say this. I served as the Chief Counsel on Nominations on the Judiciary Committee before then Chairman Chuck Grassley. Part of my portfolio included oversight for the chairman over the Federal Judiciary, including security at the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court Police and the US Marshals… In 2020 an Obama judge had her 20-year-old murdered in her home and her husband Mark seriously wounded because she got doxed. And someone who was upset with one of her rulings showed up at her house. I worked on Justice Gorsuch’s confirmation from the outside. I ran the, I was the staff leader for his confirmation from the inside. I saw how dangerous and radical the deranged left was during these confirmation processes, including Justice Kavanaugh’s. I saw this. I saw them chasing senators. I saw the death threats they made against senators. It was crazy. Of course, nothing happened to them because they’re leftists… This is a dangerous game the left has been playing. In 2020 Chuck Schumer went to the steps of the Supreme Court and threatened Gorsuch and Kavanaugh by name.
