Bryanna and Breanta Johnson; Wauwatosa Police Department
Wauwatosa, Wisconsin – Anthony Rodriguez, 26, said he is lucky to be alive after he was ambushed and shot in the face by twin sisters over a $3 hamburger while working the night shift at George Webb burger on January 30.
20-year-old sisters, Bryanna and Breanta Johnson kicked, stomped and punched Rodriguez before opening fire after there was confusion over their food order, Fox6 reported.
The twins told Rodriguez their order was missing a $3 hamburger and that’s when things got violent.
“They said they weren’t going to pay, and I said, ‘OK, I’m going to take your food since you’re not paying for it,’” Rodriguez told Fox6, “so I took it and threw it away.”

Rodriguez said things turned violent after he asked the four women sitting at two small table to leave the restaurant.
“I was getting punched in the head by one of (them)…and then they tried to body slam me, and as soon as I got slammed on the ground, I heard a bang,” he said. “That’s when I got shot.”
Rodriguez, a father to a 2-year-old boy, said he lost a lot of teeth, suffered a spine fracture and still has fragments in his throat.
“I was in so much shock I don’t remember being in much pain, but I remember kind of internally freaking out and being very scared, just telling myself, ‘Wow, I’m probably gonna die here,’” he recalled.
The Johnson twins were charged with two counts of attempted intentional homicide and are being held on $100,000 bail.
