EXCLUSIVE: RINO Mike Pence Plans to Endorse Eric Schmitt for U.S. Senate
Gateway Pundit has exclusively learned that former Vice President Mike Pence and his political operatives have been telling Missouri insiders that he will endorse Attorney General Eric Schmitt for U.S. Senate in the coming days.
As President Trump’s supporters have been coalescing around former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens to replace the retiring Senator Roy Blunt, Schmitt has reached out to Pence’s operation on a potential endorsement. In the last few days of the election, Pence has signaled he will wade into the Missouri election by announcing his support of Schmitt, who has been backed by Mitch McConnell and his allies.
Since the 2020 election, Pence has completely distanced himself from President Trump and built out his own political operation in preparation for a 2024 presidential run.
President Trump and his supporters have been critical of Pence for certifying the 2020 election even though evidence of fraud was rampant in multiple states across the country.
It’s unknown how Pence’s endorsement of Schmitt will impact the upcoming Missouri GOP primary results.
TGP has reached out to the Schmitt campaign for a response. We will continue to follow this story and post any updates.
