Joe Biden’s incompetent Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo on Sunday said inflation has “probably” peaked.
This is after Joe Biden confidently said that inflation was at its peak in December.
Joe Biden said 6.8% inflation was the “peak of the crisis” and high gas prices were just a “bump in the road.”

Fast-forward to mid 2022 and inflation has skyrocketed to 9.1%.
The numbers are actually worse than the Biden Regime is admitting.
Here are some of the numbers via CNBC:
- The consumer price index increased 9.1% from a year ago in June, above the 8.8% Dow Jones estimate.
- Excluding food and energy, core CPI rose 5.9%, compared with the 5.7% estimate.
- Costs surged for gasoline, groceries, rent and dental care.
- Adjusted for inflation, workers’ hourly wages fell 1% during the month and are down 3.6% from a year ago.
“Has inflation peaked?” CBS’s “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan asked Gina Raimondo.
“Probably,” Raimondo replied.
