The same individual who worke for Senator Feinstein in the Kavanaugh hearing is behind the “non-profit” attempting to derail Judge Gableman’s investigation into the 2020 Election in Wisconsin.
Judge Michael Gableman was asked to investigate the 2020 Election in Wisconsin more than a year ago by Speaker Robin Vos. Within weeks Gableman was ready to sit down with election directors across the state. But some key election workers refused to meet with Gableman.
In response, Gableman issued subpoenas to these individuals to provide the information he requested but they refused. They still refuse and there is nothing anyone in the state is doing to bring these people to justice for not complying with a former Supreme Court Judge.
We’ve reported on Gableman’s efforts to get to the truth numerous times.
In addition to ignoring Gableman’s requests, another far-left “non-profit” has entered the scene and is attacking Gableman in an attempt to muddy his name and derail his investigation.
This group is named “American Oversight” and they have now sued Gableman four times in efforts to obtain his records related to his investigation. In DC the FBI says for years that they have open investigations and that is why they can’t provide documents in response to open records requests but in Wisconsin, a far-left entity is demanding Gableman’s records even though he is not done with his investigation.
Key witnesses are refusing to meet with Gableman or respond to his subpoenas!
American Oversight claims to be a non-biased entity but like all far-left entities, their actions speak louder than their words. (We doubt if American Oversight would ever join us in defense against the far-left for example.)
The head of American Oversight is Heather Sawyer. The group lists her accomplishments as follows:
What is not highlighted about the head of American Oversight is that Heather Sawyer worked for Senator Diane Feinstein during the Kavanaugh hearings. It was reported that a staffer of Feinstein’s leaked the Ford story to the press.
A staff member for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is thought to have been responsible for leaking Christie Blasey Ford’s allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a Washington insider. (The tweet noted below cannot be located on Twitter after apparently being deleted by the site.)
In a tweet, The Federalist’s Sean Davis wrote that “according to multiple sources familiar with Judiciary’s Kavanaugh investigation, Feinstein staffer Heather Sawyer leaked Ford’s letter to the media in violation of Senate Rule 29(5).”
They didn’t inform Grassley of the Ford letter, either. Instead, according to multiple sources familiar with Judiciary’s Kavanaugh investigation, Feinstein staffer Heather Sawyer leaked Ford’s letter to the media in violation of Senate Rule 29(5). https://t.co/rPRgHVa2wZ
Last week, a spokesperson for Feinstein denied that the leaks came from the senator’s office, according to a report from CNN.
“Only after the details of her experience were leaked did Dr. Ford make the reluctant decision to come forward publicly,” lawyers for Ford said in a letter last week to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Ford’s testimony in the Kavanaugh hearing is one of the most disgusting efforts to derail a Supreme Court Justice from being confirmed. Many people saw the hearing turn into a garbage dump as the Democrats did all they could to overturn Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
Now the same person in the middle of the Kavanaugh dumpster fire is doing all that can be done to get to the truth in the 2020 Election in Wisconsin.
