On Tuesday night the Democrat-led US House of Representatives approved the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act 2022 with bipartisan support by a vote of 368 to 57. 149 Republicans voted for the war funding. 57 Republicans voted against it.
The funding package includes $9 billion to restock U.S. equipment sent to Ukraine and $6 billion in in Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative funding,
Meanwhile, parents across the U.S. are scrambling to find baby formula as the shortage worsens.
And gas prices hit a new all-time high on Wednesday morning.
The price of a gallon of gas hit $4.40 on Wednesday — another record.
Gas was $2.11 a gallon back in November 2020. It is now $4.40 a gallon today up 3 cents from yesterday’s record.
