After stonewalling the Arizona Senate for nearly a year on access to routers, Splunk logs, and other subpoenaed items that were used in the rigged 2020 Presidential Election, Maricopa County continues to defy even the Arizona Attorney General!
AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich certified the fraudulent election, and he is certifying the cover-up by allowing the County to continue withholding elections machines and data.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann asked what they’re hiding now in a recent tweet.
Looks like Maricopa BOS doesn’t want to comply with AG’s request for documents. What are they hiding now? pic.twitter.com/Ar7XQlxj9T

“Apparently, they are only handing over what they want,” Fann told the Gateway Pundit.
During the Arizona Senate’s full forensic audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election, Maricopa County refused to comply with legal and enforceable subpoenas for routers and Splunk logs. Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli needed to request intervention by AG Brnovich to finally reach a settlement agreement between the County and the Senate.
Former U.S. Congressman John Shadegg, serving as the Special Master in the settlement agreement, is overseeing the final processes.
Because of this noncompliance issue, which lasted for months, the Maricopa County full forensic audit is still in its final stage of analyzing routers and Splunk logs used in the 2020 election. The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the questions presented to Special Master John Shadegg.
Despite the ongoing processes, The Arizona audit discovered over 700,000 ballot discrepancies, and Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem has introduced a resolution to decertify the 2002 Presidential Election.
President Fann previously indicated that this final process would possibly be completed by the end of this month.
A local Patriot called this nonsense out. Attorney General Brnovich must enforce law and order!
They’ve only been stonewalling for almost two years.
Who could have seen this coming?
Can we stop playing around and seize the documents? https://t.co/qse7xnAveg

Implored by Dr. Shiva’s analysis of ballot signatures, the Arizona Election Integrity Unit requested the following from Maricopa County:
Copies of all voter exemplars in the voter’s registration file;
All notations in the voter’s record that relate to disproportions recorded in the EVRT/EV26 system;
Records and/or documents (including call logs or notations made in the voter’s record) related to all attempts to contact the voter to correct or confirm any inconsistent signatures for any election cycle, including the disposition of those calls; and
Identify the signature used as the primary point of comparison for the 2020 Statewide General Election.
Maricopa County is also required to provide information pertaining to ballot affidavit signature batching and previously defied requests regarding 2020 election procedures.
See the full request from the Arizona AG here.
