Joe Biden addressed the National League of Cities on Monday morning.
During his mumbling rant, Biden told a wild story about the 17 Nobel Prize Winners in economics who wrote to him saying his multi-trillion-dollar Build Back Better redistribution plan will ease inflation.

When Biden was done with his lies he waved at the crowd, forgot his mask on the stand, and shuffled off the stage.
It was another embarrassing performance.
