Joe Biden on Friday delivered remarks on his plans to require government agencies buy more made-in-America goods.
Biden is taking from Trump’s playbook of ‘buy American’ and trying to pass it off as his own agenda.
After mumbling through his remarks, Biden shuffled away and refused to answer questions from reporters.

Biden will be taking off to Delaware this evening after a bilateral meeting with Sauli Niinistö, President of the Republic of Finland.
This will be Joe Biden’s 35th trip to Delaware since he was installed and there are no visitor logs at his residence.
