Joe Biden on Tuesday delivered remarks about his administration’s efforts to secure mineral supply chains from his fake White House set in the South Court Auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.
After Biden was finished with his remarks, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked him: “Do you think you may have underestimated Putin?”
A smug Joe Biden stared blankly and picked at his teeth while his staffers shooed away reporters.

Russia lawmakers gave President Putin permission to use military force outside the country in a Tuesday vote.
Several European leaders said earlier in the day that Russian troops have moved into rebel-held areas in eastern Ukraine after Putin recognized their independence.
“Who in the Lord’s name does Putin think gives him the right to declare new so-called countries on territory that belong to his neighbors? This is a flagrant violation of international law and demands a firm response from the international community,” Biden said today as Putin brushes off his threat of sanctions.
