Another retirement spells trouble for Pelosi…
Democrat Rep. Jim Cooper (TN) on Tuesday announced he will not run for reelection in the November midterms.
“Today I am announcing that I will not run for re-election to Congress. After 32 years in office, I will be leaving Congress next year. I cannot thank the people of Nashville enough. You backed me more than almost anyone in Tennessee history.” Cooper said on Tuesday.

Just last Tuesday two House Democrats announced they will not be seeking reelection this year.
Rhode Island Congressman James Langevin (D) last week announced he won’t be running for reelection after 22 years in Congress.
This is the first open seat in Rhode Island since 2010.
Separately last Tuesday, Democrat Rep. Jerry McNerney (CA) announced he will not be seeking reelection this year.
Cooper’s retirement means 29 incumbent Democrats won’t seek reelection in November.
