After Joe Biden was trolled by an Oregon dad while taking NORAD Santa tracker calls, NBC News referred to the phrase “Let’s Go, Brandon” as a “right-wing anti-Biden slur.”
The phrase originated from an NBC sports reporter claiming that a crowd chanting “f-ck Joe Biden” was saying “Let’s Go, Brandon” while she interviewed NASCAR race winner Brandon Brown at Talladega Superspeedway.
“President Joe Biden was subjected to a right-wing anti-Biden slur during a Christmas Eve call with NORAD’s Santa tracker,” an article posted by the network said.
BREAKING: Joe Biden was taking calls from the NORAD Santa tracking program and a dad ended the call with “Merry Christmas, and Let’s Go Brandon.”

“Biden and the first lady were speaking with families around the country who had called into the North American Aerospace Defense Command to receive an update on Santa’s location when one parent ended the conversation by saying: ‘Let’s go Brandon,’” the article continued. “The president did not appear to recognize that the phrase is used by the right wing as a euphemism for ‘F*** Joe Biden,’ and responded: ‘Let’s go Brandon, I agree.’”
The phrase has become a viral rally cry and meme — and even an incredibly popular wrapping paper over the holidays.
