Top Penny Stocks List: November 22, 2021
As we get into Thanksgiving week, remember to study as much as possible. Learn everything you can about holiday trading. Then watch and learn in real time.
These are the OTCs I’m watching this week…
And here are the listed stocks I’m watching…
3 Stocks to Watch This Week
Last week there were some nice OTC spikers, but most failed on day two. As usual, the stocks with the most follow-through had promoters and speculative hype. This week’s first featured stock is a good example…
Top Penny Stocks List #1: Engage Mobility Inc. (OTCPK: ENGA)
Engage Mobility Inc. is a shell company. It was formerly in the mobile marketing space.
Key points about ENGA…
- Small Cap Compliance, LLC became custodian of Engage Mobility in August.
- ENGA is running on speculative rumors of a merger with video-sharing platform Bebuzee. (Twitter promoters are very active.)
- ENGA spiked 1,142% in three days before a big pullback on Friday.
ENGA had an impressive spike last week. Even though it’s trading higher than average volume, it’s low for my liking. I’ll watch for potential dip buys into any big panic.
Top Penny Stocks List #2: HUMBL Inc. (OTCPK: HMBL)
HUMBL Inc. operates in the fintech space with a payment app called HMBL Pay. It formerly traded as Tesoro Enterprises (TSNP).
Key points about HMBL…
- On Friday, HUMBL announced that George Sharp is returning as Capital Markets Advisor. The company is applying to move up to OTCQB with a goal of uplisting to Nasdaq.
- Sharp is the CEO of Forwardly Inc. (OTCPK: FORW). Under a debt financing from Sharp, Forwardly is exercising warrants to buy 10 million shares of HMBL.
- Both HMBL and FORW had solid first green days on Friday. But both are also trading roughly 93% off their 52-week highs.
HMBL/TSNP is my single biggest winner in the past year. It’s also a former supernova. It’s not my favorite catalyst. The billionaire play in the Trade Review section below was much stronger. That said…
HMBL was a perfect OTC FGD pattern on Friday, holding near its highs into the close. I took a position over the weekend. I’ll keep watching HMBL for dip buys into any big intraday panic. I’ll also watch for more spiking, ideally with news and big volume.
Top Penny Stocks List #3: Livechain Inc. (OTCPK: LICH)
Livechain Inc. is a shell company.
Key points about LICH…
- Livechains filed its annual report on Friday.
- The report states that the company sold 70% of its shares to Vyome Therapeutics, Inc. Vyome’s CEO became the CEO of Livechain.
- LICH spiked 330% on the news before pulling back to close up 91%.
LICH traded its highest volume in over two years on Friday, hitting a 52-week high of 5.98 cents a share. I’ll watch for potential dip buys into any big morning panic. I’ll also watch for more spiking, ideally with more news and strong volume.
Trading Mentor
Reviewing trades is a key part of your education. Whether you’re paper trading or trading with full size, the only way to improve is to collect data. Do it.
Last week was my best week of the month so far. I only took 16 trades but had a solid 80% win rate for $9,449 in realized profits. One trade accounted for roughly 25%. Check it out…
Trade Review: Elektros Inc. (OTCPK: ELEK)
It’s been several years since we’ve seen a solid billionaire play. What’s a billionaire play?
When a billionaire invests a lot of money in a small company, it’s a huge credibility booster. Traders and investors start to imagine the potential. That’s because most billionaires don’t care about tiny companies.
When a Miami billionaire became a majority shareholder, ELEK spiked 1,537% in a day. Here’s the ELEK chart for November 16–18…
As you can see, ELEK made a BIG move over two days. Let’s look at my trades on the second day…
I dip bought the panic at the open. When the bounce failed I got out for a scratch win. ELEK then spiked before falling again.
Notice the double bottom on the chart. One Trading Challenge student questioned whether it was actually a double bottom. Even though the second dip didn’t go as low, it still formed a ‘W’ on the chart. That’s a double bottom. Learn as many patterns as you can and remember trading isn’t an exact science.
I bought ELEK again as it started to break out over the previous high. It spiked fast and I locked in $2,986 for a 25% win.

How to Create Your Own Penny Stocks List
Answers to watchlist FAQs…
How Can You Create Your Own Watchlist?
To start, look for big percent gainers. For two decades, big percent gains have been my #1 criteria. After that, I look at trading volume and a catalyst or reason behind the price action. Read “Stock Watchlist Guide: Tips & Examples to Develop Your Own” for details about the entire process.
Should I Create a Watchlist Every Day?
All serious traders create a daily watchlist. If you’re serious about trading penny stocks, making a daily watchlist is essential.
